To cancel your subscription: go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No partial refunds for monthly plans. For annual plans, you can request a pro-rated refund for remaining full months. If you cancel early and want a refund, DECYD offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. To qualify, you must have used fewer than 15% of your monthly quota (Starter: ≤7 queries, Pro: ≤14 queries, Architect: ≤22 queries). Email support@decyd.io with subject "Refund Request — [Your Email]." We respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, your Stripe charge is refunded within 5–7 business days.
