Privacy and data controls
What DECYD stores, where it is processed, and the controls you have when you want to review, export, or delete your data.
What we store
DECYD stores the account details you provide, the questions you run through Stage or Roundtable, the memories you explicitly save, and the operational logs needed to keep the product reliable and abuse-resistant.
We do not position DECYD as a zero-data system. The goal is accountable operation with clear controls, not vague promises.
Where your data goes
Some DECYD features send prompts or content to external AI providers so the product can generate side-by-side answers. Those providers differ by feature and availability.
If a provider creates a regional or policy risk, DECYD can exclude it for affected users. A current example is Kimi exclusion for regulated or region-limited contexts.
Your controls
The product already exposes privacy controls for exports, deletion requests, and retention-related settings in the signed-in experience.
If you need help beyond the in-product controls, you can contact privacy@decyd.io and request a review or follow-up.
