GDPR rights and data deletion

DECYD complies with GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, and other global privacy regulations. Your rights include: Right to Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you. Right to Erasure (Article 17) — permanently delete your account and all associated data. Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate data. Right to Portability — export your Stage query history and memories. If you want to delete your account data, go to Settings → Account → "Delete my account." All decisions, memories, and profile data are deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law. Vector embeddings may be retained indefinitely as non-identifiable mathematical vectors. To exercise any right, email privacy@decyd.io. We respond within 30 days.
