Kimi (Moonshot AI) is a Chinese-hosted AI model included in DECYD's Stage by default for non-EU users. If you have a government, military, or Five Eyes agency email address, Kimi is automatically excluded from all your queries at signup. This is because China does not have an EU/UK adequacy decision, meaning your queries could be subject to Chinese jurisdiction if processed by Kimi. EU and UK users also have Kimi automatically excluded for GDPR Article 44 compliance. Non-EU, non-gov users can toggle Kimi exclusion in Settings → Data Sovereignty. Pro Sovereignty users always have Kimi excluded and operate in zero-telemetry mode — no analytics, no Sentry error reporting.
